Visitors must respect the instructions of the event staff. Security checks are carried out at the entrance. If a visitor refuses a security check, entry to the venue may be denied.
Any damaged ticket (including wristbands) becomes invalid. Damaged tickets will not be replaced on site. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Visitors with a valid wristband may leave and re-enter the venue freely throughout the day.
Children’s height will be checked at the entrance (100 cm / 150 cm). If the child exceeds the permitted height limit, the difference to the full ticket price must be paid at the ticket office.
The display of national symbols and flags is prohibited, except for symbols and flags of participating countries.
Entry with strollers is permitted, except in the grandstand areas.
All visitors enter the venue at their own risk. Any injuries or damage must be reported to the organizer immediately.
It is strictly prohibited to bring into the venue: oversized luggage, glass containers, cans, sprays, weapons, dangerous objects or substances, alcoholic beverages, narcotic or psychotropic substances, folding chairs, telescopic poles, bicycles and scooters.
Visitors are allowed to bring a maximum of 1.5 litres of non-alcoholic beverages per person in plastic bottles or thermos bottles containing plain water only.
Professional cameras and video equipment are prohibited inside the venue, including equipment with tripods or interchangeable lenses with a focal length or adjustable focal length exceeding 100 mm. This restriction applies especially to DSLR cameras, mirrorless cameras and other devices with interchangeable lenses, telephoto lenses, tripods, monopods, external flashes, live-streaming equipment, professional video cameras, audio equipment, drones, etc.
Animals are not permitted inside the venue.
Entry is prohibited to persons who are heavily intoxicated or under the influence of narcotic or psychotropic substances.
Visitors are required to behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety or health of other persons or their property, as well as the property and facilities located within the venue. Visitors must not restrict or endanger other attendees through their behaviour.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue except in designated smoking areas (including electronic cigarettes).
By entering the venue, visitors agree to comply with these Visitor Rules, the fire safety regulations and all instructions issued by the organizer, security personnel and emergency services.
All persons within the venue acknowledge that entering behind fences, warning tapes or any other barriers placed within the venue is prohibited. Climbing on temporary structures within the venue (grandstands, camera towers, etc.) is also prohibited. In case of violation, the organizer bears no responsibility for any resulting damage to property or health.
Anyone who notices a defect or safety risk within the venue or on any installed equipment must immediately report it to the organizer.
By entering the event, visitors agree to the taking of photographs and audio or audiovisual recordings of their person. These materials may be used by the organizer free of charge for advertising, promotional or similar purposes.
