FAQ

Do I need to print my tickets?
No, electronic tickets on your phone are sufficient. After scanning the QR code at the entrance, you will receive a wristband.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?
All purchased tickets are non-refundable.

What if I have a 4-day pass?
You will receive a different wristband each day. You must bring your ticket (QR code) with you on both days to receive the valid wristband for that day.

Can I leave the venue during the event and come back?
Yes, a valid wristband entitles you to leave and return at anytime of the day.

What is the ZTP/Disabled policy?
Discounted tickets are reserved for holders of valid disability ID cards. Please be ready to present your official card (international equivalents are accepted) at the entrance.

How do I get to Štvanice?
Within Prague:
Use Metro Vltavská (Line C), Florenc (Lines B & C), or the Štvanice tram stop.
From outside Prague:
From Main Railway Station (C) or Holešovice Station (C), take the metro for a few stops. From Smíchov Station, take Line B to Florenc.

Where can I park?
There is no official visitor parking at the venue. We strongly recommend using P+R (Park & Ride) lots (e.g., Letňany) and taking the metro.

Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, but for safety reasons, strollers are not allowed on the grandstands.

Does my child need their own ticket?
It depends on the child’s height.

  • Children under 100 cm: Free entry, no ticket required.
  • Children from 100 cm to 150 cm: Eligible for a discounted child ticket.
  • Children over 150 cm: A full-price adult ticket is required.

What happens if a child exceeds the height limit for a child ticket?
If a child has a child ticket but is found to be over 150 cm at the entrance check, it will be necessary to pay the difference to the current price of an adult ticket at the box office.

Can I bring my own drinks?
You can bring up to 1.5L of non-alcoholic beverage in a plastic bottle. Alcohol is strictly prohibited and will be checked by security at the entrance.

What items are prohibited?
Pets, professional cameras (interchangeable lenses longer than 10cm, tripods), umbrellas (cannot be opened outside the fan zone), weapons, and dangerous objects.

Is the venue cashless?
Yes.
